Healing Story Alliance: A special interest group of the National Storytelling Network. Their mission is to explore and promote the use of storytelling in healing.
National Storytelling Network: They are dedicated to advancing the art of storytelling.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): The agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that leads public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. SAMHSA’s mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and mental illness on America’s communities.
Sober Living by the Sea: Drug Treatment Center, Alcohol and Drug Rehab.
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA): NREPP is a searchable database of interventions for the prevention and treatment of mental and substance use disorders. The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP): Their principal purpose is to establish policies, priorities, and objectives for the Nation’s drug control program. The goals of the program are to reduce illicit drug use, manufacturing, and trafficking, drug-related crime and violence, and drug-related health consequences.
The Body: An AIDS and HIV information source. Their question and answer section provides good information.
The Coalition for Positive Sexuality: Very blunt language but offers good information and posters.
