Once when I was in the 5th grade, this 6th grade girl named Milena was in my class because I was in a 5th and 6th grade mixed class. Once Milena asked me to give her money to buy her mom a gift for her mom's birthday. I said, "No", and she looked at me and then slapped me. Then at lunch time I went up to her and slapped her and she said, "What did you do that for?" I said, "Because you slapped me because I didn't give you money!" Then from that day on Milena never touched me again. I learned to not let people hurt me for not giving them money.

The most important thing that happened in my life was when my sister died a day before my birthday. That was a Monday and Tuesday was my birthday. The day she got sick was a Sunday at 10:00 in the night. She started throwing up and the next day was Monday the 26th of September. She got worse, so my mom took her to the hospital, but they would not accept her because she had no AHCCS. The hospital worker made a mistake, but it was too late because she died the next day. My mom came crying and told us that she had died and I went to school crying. When I got in class I was still crying so they sent me home and it was so bad I cried for six days.

The most important thing that had happened to me was when my baby sister died because the hospital didn't have AHCCS. My mom came back from the hospital. my little sister was like yellow and my mom gave her some water and my baby sister was throwing up. That day we were going to go to church and she was getting more sicker and one of my Mom's friends asked her if she wanted to take my baby sister. My Mom said yes. In the night was when she died, it was my other sister's birthday. When she asked my Mom for the baby sister she told us that she died and we all started crying a lot.

Sacrifice

One day I was at my old school and one my friends wanted me to let him shortcut me in line, but I told him, "No." He pushed me into a tether ball pole and I got hurt on a part of my body and couldn't walk for three weeks. So he got in trouble for pushing me and I told him I didn't ever want to be his friend never, ever again.

Bravery

Once I was bothered by a princess. The princess had a very high position in society and I had a middle position in society. I felt like I could not say anything to the Princess because she was higher than I was. One time she got on my nerves and I got made at her. I went to her and told her to stop bothering me, but she threw water at me. I went to the King and Queen, the parents of the Princess, and told them what had happened. The Princess did not know that I went ot her parents. After I told them what had happened they made the Princess say she was sorry for what she had done. The Princess and I had become friends and were happy. When I first went to the Princess I felt a little scared, but I had to stop what was bothering me.

Castles-N- Coasters

It was a while back when my cousins Gene and Eve invited me to go to Castles-N-Coasters with them. I remember my grandma gave me permission to go, so my cousins and I left that upcoming Sunday. It took a while to get to Castles-N-Coasters because we took the bus, and on Saturdays the buses run every hour.

We went to pick up my cousin Gene's girlfriend. After that we traveled on a bus all the way to Castle-N-Coasters. When we finally got there we ate at McDonald's before we got on any of the rides.
When it was time for us to get on the largest roller coaster I freaked. I didn't want to get on it because I was afraid that I would fall out or get hurt. My cousin Eve told me that the roller coaster is safe to get on. I told her I was afraid of heights. Eve told me she was too, but the roller coasters are fun. I said, "Okay, I'll get on." Once I got on the ride started and a second later it was over. I liked the ride so much I kept getting on and getting on the roller coaster. I had also conquered my fear of heights and roller coasters.

My cousin and I got on almost every ride there. All the rides were cool. My favorite rides were the race and bumper cars. My cousins and Gene's girlfriend had a great time, I did too. I told them let's come back some other time.

Once in my life I had a day when I thought that I didn't want to live, that I had nobody. That was when my real dad divorced from my Mom. I thought that I didn't have anybody to love anymore. That nobody loved me. And now that I have grown up I think to myself, "I was little and I didn't know what love was." But now I know that love means that someone really cares about you. So now I have a step dad and I don't love him. I love my Mom and real Dad. But I don't have any anger for my dad, because he never hit me or nothing. All I know is that I love my parents.

Commitment

My commitment was to defend my sister. Erica was going to beat up my sister and Anita and I defended her. Anita and I kicked Erica, pulled her hair, and almost made her cry. My sister was cheering us on as we defended her. My commitment is to my family. I won't let anyone beat up my sister.

Respect

There was once a man who behaved bad and I wanted to be his friend. I asked him if we could go to the fair, to pizza, and the movies. He began talking with me and I asked him why he was mad all the time. He said it was because a lot of people make him mad. I then asked him if I mad him mad. He said I get on his nerves but my friends, sisters, brothers, and family make him madder than I do. I told him that I don't want to do anything to him to make him mad. I then told him if he was more respectful to others he would have lots of his friends and family like him. If he was more respectful people would help him with his work and take him to fun places. He thought about what I had said and then he told me he would like to be one of those people that was very respectful and respected. He asked me if I could help him and I said yes, only if he promised not to go back to his old ways. So I helped him and helped him until he became very good.

Love

This is my story about love. There was a boy a long time ago. This boy was about fifteen years old and he liked a girl that was in a different village. He like her a lot, but he did not show her because he was embarrassed to tell her. One day they were both at the river. The girl was drowning in the river. The boy did not go into the river because it was deep and he did not know who to swim. Though he did not know how to swim he saw other people swim and did just what they did. He went in the river and pulled her out. The boy started doing CPR like he saw others doing. He had saved the girl. When the families of the girl and the boy saw what he had done, they agreed to let the two of them date.
