Phoenix Project
WHEEL Club Phoenix Project
The WHEEL Club was a lunch and after school program which focused on substance abuse and HIV prevention. We had offered the program to students of the Murphy School District starting in 1997. The WHEEL Council maintained a computer lab and held three annual cultural health events that were open to the community.
Our Storytelling for Empowerment Program has been listed with the National Registry of Effective Prevention Programs (NREPP) as a promising program.
