Wholistic Health Education and Empowerment for Life
The WHEEL Council is a 501(c)3 organization with
offices in Flagstaff and Phoenix, Arizona.
Our vision is
to create programs that merge traditional cultural knowledge with scientific
research to facilitate healthy life choices. Our mission is to prevent drug and
alcohol use and other destructive behaviors in young people by combining
storytelling, the arts, and cultural empowerment with scientific research.
Copies of our
most recent audit and federal income tax return are available upon

The WHEEL Council is on
the list to qualify for the Arizona Charitable Tax
Credit. This allows you to give us a donation
and receive a full refund off your
taxes. In 2007, taxpayers filing as single and
unmarried head of household have a maximum credit amount
of $200. Taxpayers that are filing as married filing joint
have a maximum credit of $400. For more information,
